I have had such great wins and gains from the objectives!

I had some major trauma in my life about four years ago which I was stuck in mentally and could not seem to get out of it. The objectives have pulled me out of this and into present time. I feel that because of this I am able to go out in life and remain alcohol-free. The negative past experiences were causing stress in the Now are no more. I’m much more happy!
